Agent = Harness + Plugins/Packages. This index carries all three tiers — plugins as atoms, groups as reusable sets, and Agents as complete profiles you can boot — and each is one xpkg descriptor, so xlings resolves the dependencies and writes the profile for you.

The site is generated from the descriptors in the index repository. The same data is published as JSON, in the shape a server API would return.
